Gesmelte Botter | 45ml (3Eetl.)

Suiker | 250ml (1 kop)
Meel | 250ml (1 kop)
Bakpoeier | 5ml (1tlp)
Sout | 5ml (1tlp)
Melk | 1Lt (4 cups)
Vanieljegeursel | 5ml (1tlp)

Stappe
Stel oond na 190°C en smeer of spuit ‘n oond vaste tertbak.
Klits die eiers tot dosig.
Meng die gesmelte botter en suiker by die eiers.
Sif die meel, bakpoeier en sout saam in die eiermengsel.
Voeg die vanilla by die melk en voeg die melkmengsel stadig by die eieemengsel.
Giet die mengsel in die oondvaste tertbak.
Plaas die oondbak in die oond op 190°C vir 25 minute, verlaag dan die oond na 160°C en bak vir nog 15 minute.
As die middel nog skud kan jy dit terug plaas vir nog 5 – 10 minute.
Wanneer dit gaar is haal uit en strooi die kaneel dadelik oor..
Laat dit afkoel en bedien verkieslik koud op.

Crustless Milk Tart
Ready in 45 minutes
Serves 8 people
Ingredients
Melted Butter | 45ml (3Tbs)
Eggs | 3
Sugar | 250ml (1 cups)
Flour | 250ml (1 Cup)
Baking Powder | 5ml (1tps)
Salt | 5ml (1tps)
Milk | 1Lt (4 cups)
Vanilla Essence | 5ml (1tps)
Cinnamon
Preparation
Set the oven to 190°C and prepare an oven safe dish.
First beat the eggs with an electric beater until fluffy.
Mix the melted butter, eggs and sugar together.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together, and mix in with the egg mixture.
Add vanilla to milk and mix slowly into the mixture.
Pour into a prepared oven safe dish.
Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 190°C, then 15 minutes at 160°C.
Give the dish a little shake to see if it is done. If it is still wobbly in the middle you can leave it in for another 5 – 10 minutes.
When it is done you take it out and sprinkle cinnamon over.
Let it cool down and serve.

Meng Pampoen, meel, suiker, sout en bakpoeier saam.
In 'n aparte mengbak klits eiers tot donsig.
Meng dan die room en batter saam die eiermengsel.
Meng die eiermengsel saam met die meelmengsel .
Berei 'n oondvaste tertbak voor en giet die deeg in.
Bak vir 60 minute.
Strooi met kaneel en bedien warm voor.

Bedien met 'n skeppie vars geklopte room vir ietsie meer.

Pumpkin Tart
Ready in 60 minutes
Serves 8 people
Ingredients
Cooked and mashed pumpkin | 750ml (3 cups)
Flour | 250ml (1 cup)
Sugar | 250ml (1 cup)
Salt | 5 ml (1 tsp)
Baking powder | 5ml (1tsp)
Fresh cream | 250ml (1 cup)
Eggs | 3 (large)
Melted butter | 50ml (50g)
Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Mix your pumpkin, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs until fluffy. Then mix the cream, eggs, and butter to the egg mixture.
Combine the two mixtures.
Grease an ovenproof dish and pour the mixture into it.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon and serve hot.
Tips
Serve with a dollop of cream for an extra tasty tart.

Olie | 125 ml (½ kop)
Water | 1250 ml (5 kop)
Bakpoeier | 20ml (4tlp)
Sout | 2.5ml (½ tlp)
Vanieljegeursel | 5ml (1tlp)
Kaneel & suiker mengsel
Stappe
Klits die eiers tot donsig.
Meng die res van die bestandele saam die eiers, voeg die bakpoeier laaste by.
Verwarm 'n 28cm pan tot warm.
Wanneer die pan warm genoeg is gebruik 'n soplepel en giet een lepel in die warm pan. Laat die deeg oral vloei. Wanneer die deeg se kante begin op krul kan jy dit omdraai met 'n eierspaan.
Stapel die pannekoeke op mekaar. Jy kan nou die kaneel & suiker bo-oor strooi, of dit net so bo-op mekaar stapel en later die kaneel & suiker bo-op strooi. Jy kan ook later Nutella bo-op smeer.
Roll hulle op en bedien warm voor.

Jy kan ook 'n sout vulsel insit.
Jy kan ook 'n ekstra koppie water byvoeg om 'n dunner deeg te kry.

Pancakes (4 Cup)
Ready in 30 minutes
Serves 6 people (12 large Pancakes)
Ingredients
Flour | 1000 ml (4 cups)
Eggs | 4 Large
Oil | 125 ml (½ cup)
Water | 1250 ml (5 cups)
Baking Powder | 20ml (4tps)
Salt | 2.5ml (½ tps)
Vanilla Essence | 5ml (1tps)
Cinnamon & sugar mix
Preparation
First beat the eggs with an electric beater until fluffy.
Mix then the rest of the ingredients to the egg mixture, adding the baking powder last.
Heat up a 28 cm frying pan.
When warm enough add a scope off dough to the warm pan, let the mixture cover the bottom of the pan. Fry the pancake until the sides start to curl up, the flip it gently but quickly with an egg lifter.
Stack on top of each other. You can add cinnamon & sugar between each layer or stack it plain and add cinnamon & sugar (or Nutella) later.
Serve hot.
Tip
You can also serve with a savoury filling.
You can also add one more cup of water for a thinner mix.

Klits eiers en voeg lou warm water, olie en Vanielje geursel by. Meng.
Sif meel, suiker, kakoa, bakpoeier en sout by. Meng goed
Gooi in gesmeerde mikrogolf veilige bak.
Bak op hoog vir 7 minute. Los in mikrogolf vir 1 minuut. Brownies is reg wanneer kante weg trek van die kante af.
Stroop: Voeg ingedampte melk en suiker saam en warm op totdat suiker gesmelt is. Gooi bo-oor warm brownies.
Ganache: Breek sjokelade in kleiner dele, voeg res van die ingedampte melk by en smelt in mikrogolfoond vir 30 sekone internvalle totdat die sjokelade heeltemal gesmelt is. Gooi bo-oor brownies.
Sny in blokke en geniet.

Luke Warm Water | 250 ml (1 cups)
Baking Powder | 10ml (2tps)
Salt | 2ml (¼ tps)
Vanilla Essence | 5ml (1tps)
Syrup:
Evaporated milk | 285g (¾ tin)
Suiker | 187.5 ml (¼ kop)
Ganache:
Evaporated milk | 95g (¼ tin)
Chocolate | 200g
Preparation
Beat eggs and add in the luke warm water, oil and vanilla essence. Mix.
Sift flour, cacao, baking powder and salt with the egg mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a prepared microwave safe bowl.
Bake in microwave oven for 7 minutes on high. Leave for 1 minute in microwave oven. It is ready when the side pull away from the sides.
Syrup: Mix the evaporated milk and sugar together and warm up until the sugar is melted. Pour over brownies.
Ganache: Break chocolate into pieces, add the remaining evaporated milk and melt in the microwave until chocolate is melted. mix well. Pour on top of brownies.
Cut into squares and serve.
